Are there additional fees for traveling to a session or wedding outside your service area?
We absolutely love to travel and would love the opportunity to capture your session or special day! There are travel fees for anything over 30 miles from our home of Mustang, ok. We charge the standard milage rate at the time of the session. If the session or wedding is more than 2 hours away a hotel room must be provided for ADL Photos & Films photographers/videographers. All of this will be discussed during the initial consultation prior to any retainers being made. We want to be sure to serve our clients to the best of our ability while also ensuring the safety of our staff.
Do you provide props for your session?
All though props can be fun, we would rather create authentic portraits with natural expression with fun little games. You are more than welcome to bring your own props or have us style it for an additional fee. The styling fee is based off of your needs and what your desired result is for your session. Each session is tailored specifically for you so no one session will be the same! Contact us today for more information.
Do we pay the full balance upfront or is there a retainer?
Although you are more then welcome to pay you balance in full at the time of booking, it is not required. We do, however, require a 25% non-refundable retainer due at the time of booking to reserve your date. This ensures that the date you choose is locked in.
If we have to cancel, do we get a full refund?
This is a great question. We are not in business to keep money we did not earn. In the event that you have to cancel you will receive everything paid to us except the 25% non-refundable retainer. The reason we make the retainer non-refundable is because we have started designing your session from the moment you book. There are many hours put into designing the perfect session for you and your family and this ensures that we are compensated for our time.
We understand circumstances may arise that are out of your control and that is why we offer a reschedule option that will allow a one time transfer of your retainer to a new date at no extra charge. In the event you have to reschedule a second time, we can discuss your options at that point.
